Projects

North Cornwall Commons, a proposed contemporary mixed use development, will integrate a vibrant community shopping center with a rental townhome community, a master-planned business campus and dining and lodging establishments. The project will include 200,000 +/- square feet of office space and a hotel.

The Hershey Fulfillment warehouse has been completed as of 2021 and is an 800,000+ square foot facility. 

Prior to the start of this project, our Quality Control team designed a number of different mixes to meet the contractors needs. One of these mixes included a light weight concrete design for the 2nd and 3rd floors. 

At 411,500 square feet, the Bell & Evans State-of-the-Art Poultry Processing facility has recently been completed. 

This project is located in Frystown, PA and is a 650,000 square foot warehouse with tilt panels. 

During this project, slab on grade was installed utilizing the DUCTILCRETE engineered system. 

This project is located in Frystown, PA and is a 415,000 square foot warehouse. 

Located in Jonestown, PA, this warehouse is 345,000+ square foot and consists of insulated precast wall panels as well as reinforced concrete slab. 

Located in Shoemakersville, PA and completed in 2019, this warehouse is just over 305,000 square feet. 

During this project, slab on grade was installed utilizing the DUCTILCRETE engineered system. This system allows the slab to have fewer control joints while also helping to increase the load bearing capacity, reducing curling, and also the associated maintenance of the slab. 

The Midway Warehouse was completed in 2019 and is a 300,000+ square foot warehouse with tilt walls for a total of over 12,000 cubic yards.

Tradeport 124 - Frackville was completed in 2019 and is a warehouse just over 1 million square feet. This warehouse was completed in a partnership with a local supplier, Quandel Concrete, utlitizing one of our portable plants. 

The 9th and 10th Street bridges project was completed in 2013 and consisted of 24 precast concrete box beams. With the completion of this project, congestion has been alleviated and crossings over the railroad have become signficantly safer.
